The president and owner, Mario Larios, started in the Refinishing business in 2000 and created Commercial Services, LLC. in 2003.

WHAT SERVICE DOES COMMERCIAL SERVICES, LLC PROVIDE?
We are a refinishing Kott Koatings dealer in your area that can actually repair, recolor and restore worn bathtubs, sinks, ceramic tile showers and even fiberglass. The best part is that this process is performed right on location at only a fraction of the price of replacement.

COMPANY HOURS OF OPERATION:
Our Company is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (closed an hour for lunch) Monday through Friday. However, we do continuous work on Saturdays as well.

LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED?
Yes, we are. Prior to beginning a job, we will provide to you, upon request, our current insurance information on liability, workers compensation and company vehicles.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Commercial Services, LLC accepts cash or checks. We also accept, for your convenience, Visa and Mastercard. We expect prompt payment within thirty (30) days.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE:
Our warranty covers peeling, bubbling and flaking and is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. The Company can not be held responsible for any unforeseen plumbing related problems. The warranty will not apply to customer damage or abuse, faulty plumbing fixtures, the usage of bath mats (option: Safety Tread), or use of the unit prior to curing time (72 hours when not baked). Under air drying conditions, customer is responsible for removal of masking paper and reinstallation of overflow plate. There is no warranty on soap dishes, individual chip repair or rusting. Customer is to notify the Company immediately if surface is chipped or damaged for repair and resealing. Soap and shampoo bottles should be placed in proper receptacles. Keep bathtub clean to eliminate soap build-up.
